Oh man, I’m so excited!

The audiobook for Starship Found, Child Missing is finished!

Tom Taylorson, narrator of Scott Ryder in Mass Effect: Andromeda and Starship Found, Child Missing

I picked Tom Taylorson to perform the series because he’s one of the best if not the best male audiobook narrators I've ever heard.

He’s done a wide variety of voice acting including TV shows for Disney, and if you’re a gamer, you’ll recognize him as the main character’s voice in the humongous release, Mass Effect: Andromeda!

Tom absolutely hit it out of the park with an incredible performance on Starship Found, Child Missing that both captures Gage's broken sense of loss at the abduction of his child and his relentless pursuit to get him back... by any means necessary.

Check out this sample of the opening lines.

Just hit play:

This part starts out serious for obvious reasons but when it comes time to introduce other characters, Tom does so with a level of accents and unique quirks to each character that’s absolutely jaw-dropping.

For example, in the book, Gage jokes about how the little furry, cigar-smoking alien starship salesman Steinbreaker speaks like he’s being voiced by Danny DeVito. Meanwhile, the AI avatar in Gage’s data pad talks like a rotund English chap from the 18th century.

Leave it to Tom Taylorson. He nailed both and made it sound easy.

You’re going to love this book!
